Garlic Butter Breadsticks

Ingredients
- Breadstick Dough
- 260 g milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- Crust and breadstick garlic butter sauce
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp minced canned garlic
Directions
- Step 1
- Use the dough setting on bread machine or mix ingredients and let rise for on hour, punch down and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Step 2
- Roll dough out into two squares and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Step 3
- Cut a square of dough into breadsticks and round the ends of each stick (optional)
- Step 4
- Brush with egg wash
- Step 5
- Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes on the middle rack.
- Step 6
- Pull from oven and brush both sides with garlic butter.
