Bread Machine Strawberry Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 4 oz strawberry apple sauce
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp strawberry flavoring
  • 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1 strawberry sliced for the top
  • Optional Extras needed for plating
  • Vanilla ice cream (Optional)

Directions
Step 1
Dump everything in the machine except for the toasted nuts and strawberry slices
