Traditional Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 18 eggs hard-boiled, peeled and split in half yolks removed and set aside to mix for filling.
- For filling mix the 18 yolks
- 1/2-3/4 cup Mayo
- 1-1.5 tbsp mustard
- 1-1.5 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1-1.5 tsp dried dill
- 5-1 tsp paprika
- 3-6 shakes of Tabasco
- 1-2 tbsp dill relish
- Pepper to taste.
- Garnish with Paprika and dry dill.
Directions
- Step 1
- Hard boil and peel eggs.
- Step 2
- Slice eggs in half and set yolks in a mixing bowl.
- Step 3
- Add other ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix till thoroughly mixed
- Step 4
- Add Pepper to taste
- Step 5
- Note: Start off with the lesser amount of each ingredient and go up from there.
- Step 6
- Garnish with Paprika and Dried Dill.
