Ingredients
- 1 lb each mussels, clams, shrimp
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 2 potatoes chopped
- 4 cups Chicken stock
- Italian seasoning
- Lemon pepper
- Half & Half
- 1 cup Roasted red pepper purée
- Parsley
- Baguette
Directions
- Step 1
- Brown sausage in a large pot in about a tbsp of olive oil
- Step 2
- Add onions and garlic
- Step 3
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until potatoes are cooked
- Step 4
- Add clams and mussels until they open
- Step 5
- Add shrimp, cook until it just starts to turn pink
- Step 6
- Turn heat off and let sit 5 min
- Step 7
