Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

- For the Salmon:

- Preheat the oven to 250°F.

- In a large skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and thyme and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
